Bring your hardwood floors back to life with our floor sanding and polishing services
Light Sand and Refinish
Sometimes, your timber floors aren’t in that bad of a condition but still need a little TLC. In this case, we provide light sanding options that will buff the wear and tear out of the timber. We’ll use various kinds of sandpaper with different grains to achieve the desired effect. We’ll refinish the surface once the problem areas are smoothed out, and the floor has no more damaged spots and is even. This process is ideal for those situations where you’ve only experienced light deterioration of your timber. The periodic touch-up to ensure your timber floorboards look great and maintain their strength.
Full Sandback and Polish
Have you just bought a house and removed old carpet that was hiding hardwood floors? When your hardwood floors are exceptionally worn down, it calls for a more comprehensive restoration option. In this situation, we’ll complete a full sandback and polish. We’ll use high grit sandpaper to begin buffing the damage from the floorboards. As the damage is slowly smoothed out, we’ll reduce the grit on the sandpaper, creating finer and more precise removal of worn-out timber. You’ll have a smooth, even, unblemished surface when we’re finished. You’ll also have the option to change the colour or stain of your flooring because it will be completely bare timber. Following this process, we’ll polish the floor to shine like it was just installed. No matter how rough your timber flooring looks, we can restore it to its former glory.
Stair Case Restoration
Tired of having carpet on your stairs? We can remove it and uncover your stunning timber stairs. We’ll also coat and polish the newly uncovered hardwood, ensuring it looks as good as the rest of your flooring. If you have a timber staircase that looks worn out, we can provide a light sand or a full sandback, depending on its condition. We can help you find the ideal sealant or coating that protects your stairs and matches the rest of your interior. There’s no point in restoring your floors if you don’t take care of your stairs while you’re at it.

More about our Jimboomba Floor Sanding Services
What kind of properties do you work with
We work with all types of properties. Our services can be hired for residential properties, churches, offices, shops, schools, and community centres.
How experienced is your team?
Nathan is a 3rd generation floor sander. He got his start in the business at 15. Since then, he’s hand-selected a small team that can work effectively and efficiently without compromising quality.
Do you restore timber decks?
Depending on the situation, we do restore some timber decks. Enquire with our team, as we may be able to help you! Completing a timber deck restoration can be very beneficial for your home. The coatings get worn down much faster than those in internal living spaces, so you must complete a restoration more frequently to ensure the wood stays protected. In addition, with exposure to the elements, a deck can get that worn-out look more quickly, reducing the aesthetic appeal of your exterior.
Where do you service?
Based in the hinterland of the GC, we bring our services far and wide. We serve the Scenic Rim, the Gold Coast, Jimboomba, Boonah, and Tamborine.
